2. Account Registration
To use our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You may not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Vendor Services
The vendors (salons, spas, barbershops, etc.) available on the platform are independent service providers. Slots acts as a platform to connect customers and vendors, but we are not responsible for the quality of services provided by vendors.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are processed through our platform. You agree to pay the full amount for the services you book through the app. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• Customers can cancel their appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled booking time.
If cancellations are made within 2 hours of the appointment, it is at the vendor's discretion whether to offer a refund.
Customers can also request to reschedule their appointments up to 2 hours before the booking time.
Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment are subject to the vendor's approval.
No-shows: If a customer fails to attend an appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, Slots is not responsible for refunds or rescheduling. The decision lies solely with the vendor.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Customers can provide reviews and ratings for services received through the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Slots is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to the quality of services provided by vendors, missed appointments, or payment disputes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
